Try a Colon Cleanse as Part of Your Skincare Routine

I'm not talking about a colonic, I'm talking about an internal colon cleanse. You wash your skin, teeth and hair on a regular basis, right? Why not clean your insides, then? It's very important for good health. I went on one for a month and had great results with it. Add this process to your skincare routine and you will surely see the benefits too.

Whatever you eat winds up in your bowels, and this old toxin-filled fecal matter will just sit inside your colon causing you to feel constipated, bloated, lethargic. Talk about Irritable Bowel Syndrome!

Just think what other problems toxic build-up like this can cause, like weight gain, stomach pain, headaches, fatigue, gas, indigestion and sleeplessness, to name a few.

Our bodies are simply not capable of eliminating the thousands of toxins and chemicals in the air we breathe, in our food and water supply, and in pharmaceutical drugs. Not to mention all the sugar and processed foods we consume. These toxins will just keep building up in our cells (especially the fat cells!), tissues, blood, colon, liver and even the brain and remain there indefinitely, causing a myriad of health problems.

A colon cleanse process involves cleaning out your colon with specific nutrients to get rid of all the toxic plaque and debris, then replacing the "good" bacteria to stay balanced and protect your immune system. Finally, vitamins, minerals and herbs are used to detoxify the entire body.

The colon cleanse I used consists of a yummy fiber shake and pills during the day, and a soothing tea to drink at bedtime. It works great and can get rid of any problems you're having with dry skin, acne, bags and dark circles under the eyes, puffy eyes, eczema, rashes, skin tags and itchy skin.

Other benefits can include glowing skin, shiny hair, stronger fingernails, weight loss and it can eliminate problems like bad breath, allergies, acid reflux, a metallic taste in the mouth and irritability.

I don't have skincare issues so I really enjoyed the weight loss aspect of the colon cleanse. It also boosted my energy level, which I was very thankful for.
