Is this Dyshidrosis?

by Joe
(Ohio)

I have itchy bumps on the backs of both my hands and in between my fingers. But now I'm starting to get some down my arms and they just will not stop itching. Oh ya, and I have them on my inner thighs. Can anyone tell me if this is in fact dyshidrotic eczema or pompholyx or some other condition? I have yet to go see a doctor but I plan on it soon I've just been kinda nervous, So I was seeking information on the internet first.

The bumps kind of go away but more just come back and sometimes in little clusters. I've had them for maybe a month now and i really need some advice. PLEASE IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS RESPOND TO ME ASAP

Katrina's Reply: Hi Joe, try not to stress out because if what you've got is Dyshidrosis, stress just makes it worse. Hopefully you'll be able to get to a doctor soon and find out. Please keep us posted.

response to dishydrosis
by: Kelly Chicago

It sounds sort of like dishydrosis but my dermatologist told me that that only occurs on hands and feet...no itchy bumps anywhere else...and in all my years of having it...I've never had it anywhere else. I hope this helps.
