No idea

I'm 16, and noticed one small bump on my skin, juts below my thumb crease. I thought nothing of it-it didn't hurt/itch but looked like a splinter.

I'd forgotten all about it, but the day after, I woke up, washed my hands and noticed several tiny of the same bumps appearing on my hands, palms, and fingers.
As a teenager, I naturally freaked out and it was the end of the world briefly. I had no idea what they are, but immediately thought of the worst case scenario and assumed they were warts and would grow and take over my tiny hands.
I Googled hand blisters, which is what my mum thought they were, and found this site.
I've no idea why I've got them, and they don't itch or hurt but I'm off to the chemists to hopefully get rid!

Katrina's Relpy: Hi Jenny, thanks for posting. Did it turn out to be Dyshidrosis? When you mentioned they weren't itching, that made me think it must be something else, because typically the bumps will itch like crazy.

tiny, fluid filled pin-prick sized bumps that DO NOT itch.

I have a similar situation, as many posted stories on this site. Only, my bumps do not itch & i am not pregnant. I had one single bump for about a year...finally, i popped it. What was within seemed to be a clear fluid, thicker than water, but otherwise very similar. When i cleaned it away, there was a small, deep hole in my palm where the fluid had been. Then i began to notice more popping up. They are mostly on my palms, not my fingers. Again, they do not itch, they are not painful, they are just annoying and unsightly. I have gotten more after popping the first one. I am always digging in my palms, and it doesn't look very lady like. More recently however, I've noticed that the tiny bumps have begun to take on a more brownish tint, where as before that were flesh colored. Also, when i say tiny, i mean pin-prick tiny, not like the pictures of blisters. I would love to know what they are. I'm not sure if its the same thing as what the other individuals here are experiencing, due to the differences....its driving me crazy. I work in the medical field. Ive had several of the docs, and mid-levels look at them. All of them seem to dismiss them as unimportant, or not something to worry about...
