I love finding new skincare tips and tricks, especially if they will save time and offer health benefits! Here's a collection of tips and tricks I have gathered over the years.
Wash your face at least twice a day, in the morning and at night. Do not go to bed without washing your face.
Apply moisturizer to the throat area too, to keep the "turkey gobble" from forming in later life. Moisturizer is also very important to use at this stage because as your skin ages it becomes porous and dry, the natural barrier breaks down and is less able to guard against environmental and free radical damage.
Use your ring finger for applications around the eye area, as its your weakest finger and will not do as much damage to the delicate skin around the eyes. Avoid rubbing your eyes. Avoid smoking and using drinking straws. The constant repetition of pursing your lips in this way may help foster the formation of lines and wrinkles around your mouth.
